PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy policy of the website is directed at its users, hereinafter referred to as Users. It outlines the scope of personal data related to the identification of the User, which is collected by the website owner, as well as the mechanisms ensuring User privacy (resulting from legal regulations). The privacy policy also fulfills the informational obligation towards the person whose data is concerned (the User).

§ 1.

Data Administrator

The Administrator of Users’ Personal Data is TALMEX Sp. z o.o., 43-600 Jaworzno, Chopina 94.

§ 2.

Purpose of Data Use

User data is used for the following purposes:

  • managing the website,
  • website visit statistics,
  • managing website content,
  • sending promotional materials about the administrator’s own services,
  • archiving data in accordance with legal regulations,
  • maintaining contact with Users.

§ 3.

Method of Data Collection

User data may be collected automatically by the server or provided by the User. Providing data by the User is voluntary.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

  • legitimate interest (basis under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • legally justified interest related to direct marketing of the administrator’s own services, pursuing claims, and ensuring the safety of persons and property;
  • legal provisions.

Data Collected by the Website Owner

  • User’s IP address,

  • information about the user’s browser,
  • email,
  • First and Last Name,
  • phone number.

§ 6.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

TALMEX Sp. z o.o. will share your personal data with:

  • entities processing data on behalf of the data administrator,
  • entities authorized by legal regulations.

§ 7.

Rights Related to Personal Data Processing

The User has the right to:

  • access their personal data,
  • correct their personal data,
  • withdraw consent,
  • request deletion (right to be forgotten),
  • restrict the processing of their personal data,
  • transfer their personal data,
  • object to data processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ 8.

Google Analytics

  • This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files that are stored on the user’s computer and allow the analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about how the website is used is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website within the member states of the European Union or other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the owner of this website, Google uses this information to analyze the use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide additional services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the website owner.
  • The IP address transmitted by the browser within the Google Analytics service is not combined by Google with other data.
  • TALMEX Sp. z o.o. uses Google Analytics to analyze website usage and its regular improvement. In relation to exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield framework, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Article 6(1) sentence 1 letter f) GDPR.

§ 9.

Intent to Transfer Data to a Third Country or International Organization

The data administrator does not transfer data outside of Poland/EU/European Economic Area.

§ 10.

Data Retention Period

The data that the Administrator processes for the purpose of providing services will be stored for the time specified by legal regulations and, in the legally justified interests of the data administrator, until an objection is raised.

§ 11.

Cookie Usage Policy by the Service

1. Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the User’s end device and intended for the use of the Service’s website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
2. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and gaining access to them is the website owner.
3. The cookie mechanism is not used to gather any information about the service users or to track their navigation. Cookies used on the website do not store any personal data or other information collected from users and are used for statistical purposes.
4. By default, the software used to browse websites (browser) allows cookies to be handled on the User’s device where it is running. In most cases, this software can be configured independently, including forcing the automatic blocking of cookies. The settings related to the management of cookies can be found in the software settings (internet browsers).
5. It should be noted that restricting cookie handling may affect the functionality of some services.

  • adapting the content of the website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the website; in particular, these files allow the website to recognize the User’s device and appropriately display the website according to their individual needs,
  • creating statistics that help understand how Users use the website, which allows improving its structure and content.

7. There are two main types of cookies used on the website: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s device until they log out, leave the website, or turn off the software (browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s device for the time specified in the cookie settings or until they are deleted by the User.
8. The following types of cookies are used on the Service:

  • necessary cookies that enable the use of services available on the website, e.g., authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication,
  • security cookies, e.g., used to detect authentication abuses on the website, performance cookies that collect information on how users use the website,
  • functional cookies that allow remembering selected User settings and personalizing the User interface, e.g., in terms of language or region, font size, website appearance, etc.

Links to Other Websites on the Service’s Website

The website owner informs that the service contains links to other websites. The website owner recommends reviewing the privacy policies that apply there, as it is not responsible for them.

§ 13.

Protection of User Data on the Service

The description of technical and organizational measures ensuring protection is included in the Security Policy (personal data protection) of the website owner. In particular, the following security measures are applied:

  • data automatically retrieved by the server is secured using an authentication mechanism for accessing the service,
  • access to the service administration is provided using an authentication mechanism.

§ 14.

Information Regarding Changes to the Privacy Policy

TALMEX Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the content of the privacy policy in the event of changes in legal regulations or the implementation of new technological and IT solutions.
